RainX only prevents spots from forming.... it does nothing to get rid of them.

Default Water Spots

I know what you mean, i had a well for years and the water spots will drive you nuts. If i'm cleaning windows i always used windex and a newspaper to wipe. No spots and no streaks. Just don't use newspaper with colored ink. Someone bought me one of those Mr, Clean car washing kits for my birthday once, it has a filter in it and it screws on to a garden hose. Well to my surprise no more water spots. Of course the filter don't last forever, but i didn't have to wipe her down right after the wash either. You Might want to try it it's cheap enough'

Good Luck

That's all helpful if I was having trouble wiping the windoes.. but my problem is the spots are stained into hte glass!!! I wiped them for like 45 minutes and never got anything!!!

I finally took some Turtle Wax polish and some steel wool, 0000 and got it looking much better.

I believe that's what I said way earlier in the thread, but I use windex as my lubricant.

I just say lubricant so you aren't using steel wool without any saturation.
