This is an old thread haha. I would suggest using this stuff only once in a while. I used it A LOT and it gummed up a bit after a while and kind of left a greying tint to some black parts. Nothing terrible, but after about 2 cans of it in a few months, gets nasty. It's like tire shine.

How would I clean this engine? I need to know what i would need to cover up so that i can safely spray it down with water.

I use simple green & Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish
on my engine..

Did my intake the same way. works amazing. hooked up my obd2 and it was only a 1 degree difference from the out side at most. And it only goes up a few degrees if I sit for a few min.
