I was wondering if there is anyone that makes chrome gas fuel doors for the 00-05 i've only seen one with it and I couldn't get the guy to stop to ask him where he got it from.

I've tried googling your request and don't find anyone.

Where do you live, I could try googling chrome plating businesses and let you know.

 

I live in chicago a friend of mine works at a plating shop and he told me to get another door and he would chrome it but then I would have to go through the dealer for another one of those. How much do you think it would cost?

 

We aren't going to be able to tell you how much we think it is, mainly because dealer prices change all of the time, and certain dealers have a higher markup than others. Call your dealer. It can't be more than a 40 dollar part...

 

i don't know if anybody who makes one, but in the third largest city in America, there should be somebody who can chrome plate that thing for you. GM thinks their stuff is gold, it would be a couple of hundred dollars from them i imagine.

what, $37.86? man, i bet if you got that from a GM Dealer in the Raleigh, NC area, that wuld have been close to a $200 part.
