That leather one looked like it came from a Grand Am (since it had a gray button, common Pontiac thing). I've been after the same thing and so far no success.
Everyone's taste is a little different. I prefer a T-shifted, hence why I swapped the original shifter in my '94 Grand Am (it was a ball with a button in the front of it) to a T-shifter. I liked the leather one better myself.
