As some of you may know.... My monte has a LOT of chrome on it.... from the rims, to the floormats, to engine parts. What is your guys opinion on the best chrome polish out there.... price doesnt matter if it blinds me in the end!

Happich Simichrome polish.:

http://www.simichrome-polish.com/

Works GREAT to get those polished aluminum or alloy wheels or anything from that hazy finish to the mirror shine that LOOKS like chrome. I've been using it for 35 years. Nothing better. It's an industrial polish used in the tool & die mold industry as much as anything. It's what's used to give those molds the shine required for the chromed or ultra shiny plastic parts.
NOTHING better.

I don't think I would use it on clear coat. It's a metal/chrome polish. Chrome or polished aluminum wheels and other bare metal pieces. Here's what the link says:

"Happich Simichrome is the finest all metal polish in the world. Happich, a German company known for it bright metal products and accessories for companies such as BMW, Mercedes Benz and VW, developed its metal polish to be friendly for all metal surfaces. Simichrome has a unique, finely mixed formula produces a rich, brilliant shine on any uncoated, non-ferrous, metal surface. Simichrome is perfect for chrome, silver, brass, gold, copper, pewter, aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, even Plexiglas. In addition to restoring the original luster, Simichrome also leaves a thin, invisible, protective film which lasts much longer than other brands of polish. Simichrome is a favorite for the home, industry, auto, motorcycle, antique users and more. Metal working, plastics and other industries have discovered that Simichrome is the perfect product to polish tool die molds, extrusion dies... Anywhere an ultra fine final polishing is required."

It says bare metal. I wouldn't try it.

Windex would probably be good for CLEANING the chrome, but there's no polish in it. Depends on what U want, cleaner or polish. Semichrome polish will make aluminum wheels look like chrome, as will any other GREAT polish. That's why companies like BMW & Mercedes use it.

This thread is about polish, not cleaners.
