Lookin' good GPD. You don't see very many with pinstriping.
We vacation in Florida in February, and I notice that the local Chev dealer, not only adds pin stripes to almost all the stock vehicles, thsy also add a narrow chrome moulding to most vehicles wheelwells.

Almost like the pinstripe on my '86 LS Monte.
I've been telling my g/f Deb I need to pinstripe the '06 like the '86 so they resemble each other more. But with me wanting the rally stripes on the '06 I feel adding the more pinstripe on the car may be overkill?

those stripes look great on ur ride solaraslayer! follows the body lines perfectly. i have 2 agree w/u guys about the 06-07 resemblance to the 84-88's. thoseside body lines i believe are there to bring back a touch of the old. everything else gm is doinghas that sorta flair. a guy the other day saw our 06 and said the exact same thing. i love it!

We went to a local cruise-in this evening. Setting in the parking lot was an '07 Monte (had the Flex Fule badge on it).
It too has pinstriping like your Monte does. But it's not an '06 like your car.
Thought you'd like to know.

Yep, I've got the pinstripes, but they're different then yours SolaraSlayer, mine are a lighter silver than the paint and a bit different in styling, if I can manage to get the camera from my sister sometime before I leave (Wendsday) I'll get some pictures, you can kinda see them in my sig if you look close enough, but of course you can only tell that I have a body colored windsheild banner if you know that you're looking for it. I need to re-do my sig with my new tips
