Hey! A fellow Yinzer! I see ur pic was taken up on Mt. Warshington. I actually grew up out in Burgettstown. Home of the CocaCola Star Lake Post Gazette Pavillion. I'm currently stationed in Virginia Beach but come home once a month to see my folks. I miss the 'Burgh...during the summer

I've got the magazine sitting on my coffee table right now, lol. I always thought that was a cool build, even if it's basically a monte carlo body modified onto a 4th gen Camaro floorpan & suspension. main thing I don't like is the wheelbase, just changed enough to make it look kinda goofy.

in the magazine they also included a survey to send into GM in an attempt to guage enthusiast interest in a new RWD, V8 monte carlo as opposed to the planned FWD V6 platform

Unfortunately I threw out that mag about 19 years ago, but I remember that ish fairly well. T think there was a all wheel drive Chevette? And a big block Caprice?
