6th Gen ('00-'05): heater only works and stuck on defrost.

Default heater only works and stuck on defrost.
Hey so i have a 01' Chevy Monte Carlo 3.4 LS, and my heater only works and is stuck on defrost. I have like zero knowledge of mechanical stuff. But if you guys would help it would be greatly appreciated. And if you guys could provide lics that would help alot too thanks.
