it has 120,000 i was able to pick it up for 1000. i have to replace the steering pump and a knock sensor. I am excited about this car i feel like i was able to get a car with a lot of potentail and not just a second car

it is all black with red ss lettering and black leather interior. I would like to get it painted eventually add a lil spunk to it, im thinking i better get macco

Trying to remember now.
Typically the Montes that got the "Limited Edition" guage cluster were the Pace Car Editions, Monte's ordered with the Winner's Circle package (non-pace car edition car with the checker flags), and Monte's that were ordered with the High Sport package (includes the items already mentioned by Jomao_o).
The rockers mentioned are the rocker mouldings. They're the extra plastic body mouldings attached to the lowest part of the car. If you look at the pictures of my car, it's the black pieces all the way around the bottom edge of the car. On your car they may be a different color. They may be the same color as the car, black, silver, or some other complimentary color.
There were no special engine mods done by the factory. The only engine choices were the 3400 engine, 3800 series II.

If it helps at all, ctownbandit, my Monte is a "Limited Edition". I used to have the Limited Edition gauge cluster, until I had to replace it due to a broken Message Center. Kinda wish I could have found another "Limited Edition" cluster to replace it with, but I got a good deal on this one plus it had similar mileage :P
