I trapped 111 MPH in the 1/4 mile (that's 330-340ish wheel horsepower) with my boosted L36, stock non-HD trans '03 Monte Carlo and never had a trans problem. Your results may vary.
KR is 'knock retard', it's the engine's management computer pulling ignition timing to keep the engine from failing when detonation occurs. Google 'ignition timing', 'spark knock', 'engine detonation', and finally 'knock retard' if this sounds like Chinese to you.

Absolutely. I recommended a turbo kit in the other thread we've been chatting in, but if you do go with the SS M90 kit for the time being you'd be fine with the 4.2 pulley and stock injectors. It'll run about as well as a stock L67 powered Monte SS does.
Go turbo, especially if it's a clean one owner car. It deserved a superior power adder.

would I have a less likely chance of engine failure with going with the 4.2" pulley way and stock injectors?
is there really that much of an change in performance from the 3.8" pulley and 33# injectors vs the 4.2" and stock ones?
With the 4.2 pulley you'll run like a stock L67 car.
With the 3.8 pulley you'll run like the typical 3.4 setup L67 car.

No. The engine isn't going to fail either way, unless you **** up the installation or something (like, leaving coolant in the lifter valley, etc)
Yes. Probably 25-30 HP.

I shouldn't mess anything up on install, I just did the lower intake gaskets on it a week ago and it went smooth. I was wondering I bought the more inspensvie gaskets they are medal instead of the crappie paper ones that fail. Would I be able too use those same ones again? And it should be just as easy as doing the lower intake gasket cause it looks too be basically the same job, just installing the supercharger kit instead am I right?

30 HP is a huge difference.
30-40 HP is about what you'd gain over what you have now going to the 4.2 pulley'd SS M90 setup with stock injectors. LOL
Yes, the SS M90 install is basically a lower intake manifold job with a little extra work. I don't know if the stock gaskets work, can't remember. You DO need to run ZZP's manifold.
