Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
Wanted to do an "Overhaulin" style build: Classic with Tastefull modern updates and a lil' Pro Touring Style. In a world of camaros n novas, how many '65-70 impalas do you see packing 500 HP? And its still a Column Shift/Bench seat sleeper!!

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
502 BBC from YearOne with alumn heads. Rated @ 505HP/ 580TQ on 92 octaine. Gen IV Block, Holly 870, HEI, MSD, Modern Serpintine set up using mid 90s Vortech style ps,alt, wtr pump, ect. Dessert-cooler 4core, Hooker Ceramic Longtubes 2" primaries, custom true 3" duals, X pipe, SLP loudmouth 2s, Trans is Th400 w/ HD shift kit and 2500 stahl.

Suspension Modifications:
Qa1 adjustable coil-overs front. Drop Spindles and Pwr Disc Swap, Full front end rebuild kit, Bigger Swaybar. Rear: 2" drop coils springs and Perf Shocks.
Differential:
I had left the factory 10bolt non posi rear because Id run outta $. I was hoping to baby it until i could save to build a 12 bolt. Well... crusing was fine. But after only one day out at Atco Raceway back in Nov, i destroyed the diff. I just finished the 12 bolt now. It has a new Eaton locker w/ 3.55s and Moser 30spline Axles. Also added Adjustable Dual Upper control arms making it a 4 link, rather then factory 3 link non adj. set up.

Wheels/Tires Modifications:
20x10 Rear/ 18x8 frnt Coys Wheels "polished", Kumhos 275/30/20 rear and 235/45/18 frnt. Will be getting some slicks for the track this spring, traction is a major issue :)

Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Outside:modern H4 quadheadlights.
Inside: interior was super good shape already. Got new carpet, headliner, Autometer oldschool Tach, oil/temp/volts, A1 retro-fact. look CD sterio, Kenwoods in fact locations.

Future Modifications:
Want to do: 4" cowl hood, lil body work and paint job, tinted windws, Read more ยป

After we built up the original 327 "pictured", my friends convinced me that a Big Block would be sooo much cooler! Im glad, but my wife and our credit card are not!

I won the Impala class at Atco Raceway's all chevy day in Nov 2010. The 12bolt and 4 link hadnt been installed yet, so traction was horrible. It still ran mid 13s all day long though.
