Special ordered by original owner without power steering or AC, but thankfully spent his money on the beautiful black bucket & console interior, and chose a wonderful exterior color. Nice build sheet found under drivers seat helps me with some research, but I am finding this a tough critter to find engine compartment detailing information on. Original owner left it to his son when he passed. Sadly, his son also passed on and again this beautiful 54K mile 70 SS was left to his son. Well, it appears it was time for the car to leave it's original family as the car was then put up for sale. A member of my family who lives on the same street knew about the car, saw it on the lawn, fell in love, went to the bank, and drove her home. This car has made it's home on the same street for all of it's 44 years of life. This is an outstanding and well optioned early production 1970 SS 454 survivor. 1 of only 3823 produced. Please note the early production full halo vinyl top trim around the windshield.
