My 2001 Monte Carlo I owned from May 2010-Feb 2011, no modifications, this was before I had the tools, garage access, and experience I have now. It was my first car I payed for myself (my folks wouldnt even co sign the loan lol) but sitting in it for the first time was the happiest moment of my life.. And driving off in it I could only describe in one word: "freedom" poor previous driver maintenance would lead to a blown head gasket 20,000 miles later unfortunately. The saddest day of my life was when i traded it in on my birthday for a new car, I dont think I slept very much for the next week following the trade in.
