Really very little you can do short of cutting it out and replacing the metal. Places wanted over $2000 to do this, and I passed.

More rust along the frame. Body shop is spraying a rust killer and going to fill this area to make it stronger.

I took a wire brush to this, sprayed Rust Reformer on it, and then used a Spray Gun and aluminum oxide media to blast away as much as I could.
