Ruby Red looks nice. I like the white circle that lights red. Documentation says resistors are included.
Now what I find awesome is the Knight Rider scanning Lightbar. Ex Firebird driver here likes that.

I have seen this style up close and personal on one of our club members Dale Jr.. Monte.. Admittedly... They looked pretty sick! 
If only there was something like that for my 1999 Z-34..
Having looked at the link you provided.. unfortunately/fortunately my stock ones still look like brand new as for the first 13 yrs of its life.. It had smoked out lens covers on the rear tail lights...
