Red face would mustang rims fit the monty carlo?

i was wondering if a off set of 24mm and a backspacing of 6.02 would work for an o7 monty carlo i hope this isnt a stupid question?

What mustang rims are you looking at? I dont know of any that have a 24mm offset. I have mustang rims on mine off a 2007 mustang gt. The offset is 45mm but I have to use a 5/16" space for the front rims to clear.

So much for being unique using the bullitt wheels. Seems like alot of people have them anymore...

sweet thank you i am going to get the 17 inch ones because to me the style of the rim look good on our body style as well as the mustang just ticked that they are just for the mustang.

The only thing is that I have a 5th gen which has a different suspension/brake setup, so the wheels may fit on your car without spacers, or they may not even be close. I cant tell you for sure.

I know what you mean about not alot of people having them where you live. No one has them where I live either. When I did mine tho, I only knew of one other person on the forums with bullitts on their monte carlo. There may have been more, but not that I saw. Now they are popping up left and right. It kinda makes the novelty wear off real fast if you know what I mean. I thought it was cool to have bullitts on my car when I did it, I felt proud to make something work on my car that wasnt meant to be on there. Now its like, wow my car is just another monte with mustang wheels...

Im not telling you not to do it. It definately looks great, and you will be happy with them when your done. Its your car and you can do whatever you want with it. Dont let some sour guy like me keep you from doing what you want, lol.

they will fit, but the wheel will stick out a lot. i would try to get 30mm or higher offset. the best year on the bullitt to get is 2005 and up. they fit better and the wheel will line up almost even to the wheel well. well you see pics of mine i posted.
