Did the Chrome 17" wheels only come on the Intimidator cars, or where they available on other models as well? Any good places to look to find them that aren't way overpriced. I seem to remember someplace on ebay having 17" chrome replicas a few years ago that seemed pretty reasonable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for some Bowtie headrests like the 03 pace cars had, gray bowtie.

I think you might be referring to the SLP wheels... they were replicas, 16 inch and polished aluminum not chrome. But they don't sell them anymore.

 

yeah I've had a set of the 16"SLP wheels on the 03 pace car I had, and actually bought a set for my granpda for his 2000 pace car. Intimidator's I really think had chrome wheels, not just polished. Can anyone verify this? Either way chrome or polished in a 17" is what I am pretty much looking for OE or replica. Something a little smoother and a lot shinier than the stock diamond cut wheels.

 

I'm sure you're right, there was a 17 inch chrome version available on the impalas too. I'll keep looking! You could have the stock diamond cuts polished, but i'm not sure how much that would cost.

 

here you go ramos87ss . i believe these are the wheels that you are looking for. they deal with all factory wheels. got mine there good service. according to the site theyre chromed aluminum. hope this helps.
