Wheel spacers
Alright this strictly a question of looks, have no issues with the ride of stock. Yet the look of the set-up, can't stand how much rear wheel is tucked in the wheel well. Has anybody put in spacers on and what size? And did u run into any issues? Thanks

I have just recently decided that im gonna get some 1/4" spacers for all 4 wheels..
If anyone has a suggestion on which to get, im all ears. Would greatly appreciate someone telling me which to get..
If nobody can chime in, im gonna get whatever I can find and ill report back..
I think we need longer studs but wont know for sure until I start installing.. Ready for a headache.. Its never as easy as just "putting something on". Ya know??

With that said, .7mm (about .030") isnt much on a 4.5" circle, and as such, many people use wheels interchangeably between the two. IMO, it's not the right thing to do as there is more stress imposed, however that stress is rather small and the design factor of safety is petty high for critical components like wheel studs. TBH, I've never heard of anyone breaking studs on these cars due to using the other pattern, and a lot of people have done it for a long long time.
If I were getting new aftermarket wheels, I'd certainly buy the right pattern. But with people using stock wheels from other makes of cars, you really dont have a choice.

The wheel spacers I use are the off the shelf type from O-Reilly's or Auto Zone type of stores. They tend to be generic with slotted openings for the lug. In this way they can be shifted about to fit all bolt patterns. I did not do mine and do not believe there would be a need for upgraded lug bolts for the rear as all the torque you already know is applied to our front lugs. They just kind of go along for the ride back there. I'm running 5/16" Universal wheel spacers on my Montes rear end and like that they bring the tire edge out closer inline with the fender wheel well lip. None on the front wheels.

So I ordered some ones off ebay.. Not the cheapest ones I could find but hubcentric 5mm and 10mm.. Will let you know in a couple days how they fit.. Still dont know about the longer studs yet..

I swapped out the wheels I had with Gen Six wheels and I had clearance issue in the front so the spacer I have used is about 1.5 inches and it actually has Studs built into it. So you mount it using the existing studs and torque them up and then the wheel fits on the studs on the spacer. Works good too!

Ok so I need the longer studs for all 4 wheels.. The extended dorman AND ARP studs are not long enough. I get maybe 4 rotations onto the stud with the dorman and arp studs.. The 60mm thread length (ebay link) are the ones I need. Also, the entire hub/bearing assembly needs to be disassembled to change these studs..
