Default Torque Specs Please

Can someone with a 2000-2004 Monte shop manual supply the following torque specs?

Front and rear sway bar cushion clamp torque.

Front sway bar link torques.

Front and rear strut mounting bolt torques, both top and bottom fasteners.

Rear lower control arm mounting bolt torques.

Rear sway bar connecting link nut torques.

I am installing the GMPP suspension upgrade kit.

TIA
