Default LIM Torque specs

Hey guys i know this has been discussed many times but does anyone have the new updated torque specs for the LIM. Ill be doing it this weekend and only have the old specs. I'm getting the Fel-Pro MS98004T Intake Set GM 3.1.
Also what do you guys think of this tool? Lisle Push Rod Remover 2.8L, 3.1L, 3.4L GM V6. I know a lot of people say it doesn't take much time to remove the rockers but i was thinking it would make it easier because i won't have to re-torque them preventing possible problems.

But the car is a 1997 Monte Carlo LS 3100.

Thanks for the input.
