I don't know a super whole lot about suspension. Been typing to do research and it's not really seeming to line up super clearly to me..

I have a 2006 Monte Carlo SS w/ 18in rims
The rear suspension i replaced a while back with either monroe or something else my mechanic insisted on and is too soft and rubs the tire when i hit a bump. (Also kind of wanting to lower the car a tad too, stupid high in the front almost 3in. the back is at like 2in)

I was thinking about doing the KYB kit, but if i do what else would I need / should I get? People keep memtioning these canuck springs but i can't find anything related to it. Also wanting to avoid disassembling my current set up since it's my daily
