I know my 05 SS did not come with a front STB, but my 03 did from the factory. I don't know if GM was trying to save money on the supercharged models because they gave the supercharged models upgraded suspension and trans so maybe they thought it wasn't necessary.

here is the info on installing the front sway. IT's a pain in that it's difficult to get it in and out. The rear is way easier. I have the GMPP fronts and the CompG rear and love it.

Check the build sheet on the drivers door, look for the suspension code, it will be FE2 or FE4, the FE4 already has the same bars front and rear as the GMPP and ZZP bar, It also comes with the better trailing links, some came with a front STB. If you have the FE2 just get the kit from GMPP and it comes with everything you'll need, large improvement in handling.
The front bar is easy to change if you remove the 2 rear subframe mount bolts and lower it a couple of inches with a jack, just be careful and don't go too far, the whole job takes about 30 minutes

My friend has a 2002 Regal with a supercharger. His suspension code is FE3. I guess GM doesn't want those Buicks to ride too hard.
BTW, I installed a GMPP kit in my Monte. For the front, just disconnect the passenger side tie rod so you can turn the wheel out of the way and the bar will slip right in.

Those look to be the same but i am a fan of zzp no matter what the price it is really up to you. I know that they can be really difficult to put in if you dont have the right tools and everything depends on how rusty and coroded everything is. It shouldnt take more than a couple hours if you have problems. I know they improve handeling alot i have installed 2 sets on a couple grand prixs and they are well worth it.
