I have a KYB AGX strut that is rising out of the mounting plate on the front. It is binding on the rubber bushing as seen from rubber shavings in engine bay, and I can rotate the strut when car is raised. Does this sound like a strut bearing or do I need a new strut mount assembly? Or does one simply always replace the entire mounting bracket? Top nut is torqued correctly. Which brand if replacing (KYB or moog?) Thanks.
