Yeah after thinking about it there is supposed to be a cotter pin that runs through the top of that bolt to keep the nut from backing off and I'm not sure if its fallen out OR if we forgot to put it back in when we did the flywheel/flexplate? I'm thinking the nut may have backed off that bolt 'cause the cotter pin is missing so if it came loose once it will surely do it again.

I'll probably stop in at Autozone tomorrow and pick up a cotter pin to make sure that nut doesn't work off that bolt again.
