have you or any one else ever hit anythign in the car?
If so check those repairs and make sure they havent came undone.

the other thing you can have checkd is the front mountings on the car heard of them comming lose. just not sure how much truth it had in it. it was read on a bord.

Also check your wheel bearings to make sure they are not wore out or tore up. and check the spindels etc....

good luck and please let us knwo what ya find incase someoen els has this issue to.

OH one more thing i put new tires on mine and it did this to.
but it was in the rear of the car and you could feel it in your seat.

check the tires and make sure the directions are all going right, and on mine they found one of the seams on the tire was opisit of the weights and they rotated it a bit. and then rebalanced it and all is good now. so migh tbe worth a try there to.

sorry on this but just guessing

rotate the tires front to rear and see what happens. inspect the tires for a broken belt and uneven wear, and the edge of the rims to be bent while they are off the car

ya got to it first there guy, when mine did that it was one of my tires coming apart from the inside out. id take the car to a tire specialist and see if they can determine if this is happening to you as well

Thanks for the info

Funny thing is I was having my oil change today and met someone I work with and he has an impala 2xxx And he says that when he uses the brakes on his car, he notices some shaking in the steering wheel. But he said he didn't notice itat high speeds. Thats another thing I forgot to mention, my car too does that.

Mickey,, What do you mean tore up wheel bearing? How wouldyou do that.
This winter I hit a patch of Ice and hit a sign that I drove over.....Would that do it? And the tire got a flat, but they said it was a nail.

well that would mean warped rotors, luckily you can do an entire front and back brake job on these cars for like 200 bucks with good raybestos pads, with the heat we've been having lately its no doubt rotors are warping easier

most of the time that you tear up a bearing you hit somethign ahrd, or just by chance you get one that happens to go out sooner then thier life was expected to be.

I have put new ones in and with in a month had them lock up and it was not due to my work it was just a bad set.

but if this is what happend mostlikely you would ahve noticed a pull on that side also. and im sure that you would have tire wear on the front end that was not normal also. as it will make your tires sit funny most of the time.

i would check the tire first and make sure you dont have a belt rolling over in there also.
you normally can see this in your tires it will start to show up as a wear spot that runs diaginal acrossed the tire .
or it will bulge up to sometimes.

this is jus tone of those things that will drive ya nuts till ya find it chasin it as there is so much there to have things liek this happen with it
