I redid the bowties and I used that Red Chrome paint and they came out great.

I'll play!:

The rims are 16" Primax and took 3 months to get. I never knew anyone to have them before, but a few years ago a yellow Monte Carlo on the forum found a set and got the same rubber too.

The tire paint was good and fresh that day! I've probably re-applied that tire paint a dozen times and I even re-did those fender decals last year to keep 'em bright!
You really do a super job on the details of this Car. I have friends that are dedicated to maintaining the Race themed car. And those Race decals are difficult to keep looking great if they are exposed to the weather all the time.
I am going to try and experiment on my tire letters I am thinking of using that flex seal stuff they advertise on TV to see if that will be an effective way to do them.
Looks great.

Rims I had on my 05 when I had it, I believe they were Moda MD9s but possibly MD7s

I'm no fan of big rims but my buddy sold me these for 350$ rims and tires and they were cheaper than the tires alone that I was going to buy for my new set. Looks nice IMO but I prefer the stock 18 size.

Here's the wheel that's in my basement with a glass top on so I can use it as a table..

On my 1940 Chevy I have American racing 200S

On my 1969 Corvette I have American racing Torq Thrust II

Here's a pic of the wheels on my 2005 Montecarlo SS

I've got the, in my opinion ugly stock rims. I hope to replace them with the diamond cut ones this summer. I like them so much better.

When i bought my car it actually had Dale JR. wheels instead of the normal ones that come on an intimidator. To be honest i prefer them much more. Intimidators came with either the standard silver diamond wheels or polished ones.
