Default Rims! Help!

How good do you all think these Cragar Soft 8's (Black) would look on my black '86 monte ss? :/ I need an opinion before i buy!

I think they would look alright. What size are you thinking about?

And I hope I can find some raised gold lettered tires to wrap em in!

Look like truck rims. Is your car a truck??

No, it is not a truck. But in The Fast and Furious... The 86 Buick Grand National GNX had these rims. And since the GNX and 86 monte are both the same body style i figured it would look good too?

not to into it but to each his own. itll have that stock car look. just make sure you run a fat tire in the rear so it looks tough. theres also a company called aero wheels that make stock car wheels if thats the look you want and there butt cheap.

Post a picture of your car and maybe some one will be nice enough to do a photoshop of them on it. There are a lot of very helpful people here who did that for me and helped me decide on the wheels I have now.

I think they'd look pretty sweet on your '86 SS. But I'm biased to all black Montes! lol

i looked at those for my 85 and had an old set of rockwells on the back for a while wich are similar... id say 15x9or10 in back with fat tire and 15x7or8 upfront ... i think that would be a good combo

I always liked the American Racing Vintage T71R on the older cars.

with a 235/70r15 or245/65/r15 if not bigger if you can fit it in back and 205/70r15 or 215/65r15 if your lookin for a little bigger ....up front
