I'm just wanting some input on this My buddy Wayne and I are wanting to know What you have to do To make a 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS From Front Wheel drive to Rear Wheel Drive IF It's worth it We just may do this In the future We want to go from V6 To 5.3L V8 With a TKO600 6 Speed Manual Transmission and a Ford 9 Inch Rear end with 4.11 Gear Ratio And Posi Trac it to make the tires stick to the pavements of the Highways AND Drag Strips Thank You for the Input Guys

You would have to do a lot of modding seeing as though the exhaust system is in the way of where the drive shaft would go....think it would be a bit expensive, in my opinion, not worth it

But the looks of it There will be a TON Of customizing in the parts to get them to fit And We said After it's done It WILL NOT Be street legal And would be more of a Race Car than being Street/Strip I'm sure If we were REALLY Good friends with Chip Foose I'm pretty sure It can be done again But Use being amateur's at doing a MAJOR Build like that Would NOT Be very easy PLUS We will need a VERY BIG Budget Than a couple of young guns building something With Ole Skool guys That would rather Have Rear Wheel Drives The Front Wheel Drives Since gas is WAY OVER Priced I'm sure we ALL Agree on that Especially $3 dollars On up to $6 dollars a gallon Fuel Injection Is better to run Right now THAN A 4 BBL Carburetor And also Supercharger with 2 4 BBL Carburetors

It's been done before with a 7th gen monte. Cost about 25 grand
The conversion I saw used a 2010 Camero suspension
There is a video of it on u tube the guy is doing a burnout and the rear tires are smoking

That sounds interesting to do With a 00-03 Camaro Z28 OR SS Either one It would be REALLY Awesome to do OR Can it be done with a Corvette Suspension from 99-05 With the use of a 6.0L LS Series Engine and 4 Speed Automatic OR 6 Speed Manual and a Older Corvette Rear End
