Default New rim opinions!

Think my Monte needs some rims to improve its looks, was talking found a listing somewhat near me:
Mille Miglia 1000 17" Wheels - 5X120 | tires, rims | Hamilton | Kijiji

really thinking about committing to this now

what they look like on an 01 with same colour

what do you guys think? and are decent tires to replace this rim expensive?

and just to be clear, the car pics with rims are not from the seller

noticed the bolt pattern doesn't match the monte... maybe they have a different series of the same style with the right bolt pattern :/
knew it was too good to be true

I like the look, thank god someone wants to do wheels these days that are not black. That trend is already getting old down here. To each his own, but if you can get a set that fit, I'd just be sure that the shoes don't throw a lot of dust. Painted calipers would almost be a necessity with these wheels, but again that's a matter of taste. As for tires, I think it's always a wise investment, and look at the wear ratings carefully to insure you're not buying a set every year! Obviously the bigger you go, the more they cost. My 18's ran about $250 each...ouch!

I can't seem to find any locally, not really too keen on getting rims shipped too much $$$ and if I go used I would rather be able to check them out before any money changes hands

guess im off to find a different set, at least i narrowed it down to the 5 spoke look and not the mustang ones or any ones that the spoke gets wider as it goes out, not a fan of that on these cars

Bolt pattern on the 6th Gen Monte is 5 x 115.
The 1st rims you posted are real nice. Too bad they don't bolt on.
Check out AdaptitUSA http://adaptitusa.com/5x115to5x120wheeladapter.aspx about $55 per wheel adapter.

I've always been a fan of the eagle077 rims for the 6th gens. Very similar wheel and not badly priced. Comes in chrome or polished
