Default Need Suggestions for Rim Color and Paint !

Hey guys I have a 2003 Monte SS Limited Edition (High Sport) and wanted to paint the rims. Its white and has a red thin lines all around and on the hood (Will Upload Pics soon!. Anyway I wanted some suggestions on colors to paint the stock rims that you guys think would look good with it. they are the five point Star shaped ones btw.

I agree Black works. I took my factory diamond cut 5 point wheels and had them powder coated a Harley Black and a red pinstripe. Then bought the chrome lug nut covers and the chrome center cap with red bowtie. Seems like a more durable way to go, only about $45 ea wheel. Maybe you go Black with a white pinstripe to tie in the cars body color.

I love the diamond spoke wheels. I'm partial to the polished or aluminum look. Perhaps polished, add a red ring (like Zippy02 has) and then paint the inside start black (like seen on I believe the Dale Jr Monte).

Wow that Looks Great Zippy! I was thinking black too! Wasnt Sure If it would pop with mine but like that could look great! Did you DIY or have them done by a shop?

Me to definitely appreciate them as oppose to the rounded ones and I look that look ! Thats a look I will definitely look into it thanks Maniac!

Zippys look is a good look for any car. Of course you could try something crazy and do a white rim with a red stripe.

I had a shop powder coat them for me. I looked at MANY different wheels, and eventually decide the OEM ones were actually pretty sweet looking. Figured why not make them a gloss black and I think they work pretty good for the car.
