I have steel wheels on my car but I made them look a little bit different. I added the police center cap, beauty rings, I plastidip the rim and center caps, and I painted the brake caliper red. This is what one of them looks like:

 

That looks pretty good...a nice little improvement with not a lot of investment.

Thanks everybody, i did like the way it came out but i am going to replastidip them once spring comes. They are really cheap to have to since i got the steel wheel for $10 at my local junk yard.

Yeah I did in a way. I had the beauty rings on my lumina that I saw some other guy on cardomain then I saw a camaro like yours near my house with those wheels.
