Lower control arms were put in. Just before I went to have that done, the spring on the driver's side front snapped and all but 3 coils fell off the car. Replacement strut and spring and installation of the lower control arms: $150. Not too bad. In two weeks the suspension will be completed with a new front sway bar and new tires and driver's side axle.

Update......

My Monte was treated to 4 new tires, upgraded front anti-sway bar, and driver's side axle. She drives nice and smooth now. Onto a couple smaller things for the upcoming inspection in June.
