Default Lookin at new rims. Will these fit?

Hey, i have found a set of rims i have fallen in love with (on my budget lol). And im not sure if they will fit correctly. I have done some research and found that the 114.3 bolt pattern will fit, even though its not EXACTLY correct. its basically a hairs difference. so the bolt pattern is FINE. its the other specs im not sure of: Hub bore and offset, backspacing... do they matter? use the product # when explaining between the two so no body gets mixed up.

Here are the specs and a link or so to the rim...

Size: 18X8 Manufacturer Product #: 301B-8805735 Bolt Pattern: 5x4.50 Offset: 35.00 Finish: Carbon Black with Red Racing Stripe Weight: 31.0 Hub Bore: 74.1 Load Rating: 1800

AND The other model of it...

Size: 18X8 Manufacturer Product #: 301B-8800335 Bolt Pattern: 4x4.50 Offset: 35.00 Finish: Carbon Black with Red Racing Stripe Weight: 31.0 Hub Bore: 73 Load Rating: 1800

BOTH have a backspacing of 5.88

Ok they should fit. Rent and Roll says they will. but they are expensive as hell so im not buying from them.

But they did show me the same rim in a 20" WOW. Not too big like i was expecting the red lip blended it with the body to make it look not ghetto/donk/retarted. they showed me the 18 and i was like, ehh a lil small...

Here are the stats on the 20" almost the same, so it too should fit here are the differences: Offset is +38 and backspacing is 6.25

No rubbing, or bumping during braking or when going over speed bumps.
Can anyone confirm this fitment?
