Default Jr wheels on Jr Edition ?

They are going on a 2004 Dale Jr edt. monte andI dont know what i like better i think i like these better but i think 5 spoke would look better. Im only gona do 18s and i wantd help deciding.

These i like the idea of inserts being chrome and was thinking of painting them red.

These are the 5 spoke but i dont like the idea of it being so open.

Well the first pair would be the best if you want a more blingy look, but I really wouldnt go with those on under 20 inch. The others look nice but they are pretty open, im sure if you got some nice large brakes behind they would look perfect.

If you have a brake system that you'd like to show off, go with the five spoke. But I think the whole 5 spoke idea has become overdone. Most cars on the road have some variation of the five spoke pattern. Including the factory wheels on our Dale Jr editions. Don't get me wrong. I love the factory Dale Jr edition 5 spoke rims. But if I was to spend money on some aftermarket rims, the 5 spoke pattern would not be my first choice.

Go with the hustler (the first pair) rims in the size of your choice.

Size is a personal choice. I prefer rims to look proportional to the car. Too big and too small doesn't look good. My personal preference for 2000 and up Montes, is rim sizes of 16 to 20 inches. Maximum of 20 inch. Minimum 16 inch.

i agree with taz... 16-20 inches would be my prefrence as well for 2000 and up moddles i have 20's on my car and im loving em... the only downfall for me is that it take away some performance..... would enjoy burning the tires once in a while in my car thats why im looking for a set of the 18inch 2007 SS rims to have when i wanna burn rubber... stupid me sold my oem rims when i bought my 20's big mistake grrr wish i hadnt

the black killer with silver lip would look awesome on your ride. 18's is probably as big as i would go tho. either that or black bullitts would look good too!

I have 18s and like them, but wish I had 20s. 20s weight more, making me glad I have the 18s.The Hustlers in 18s weight 26.5 lbs, the Killers weigh 25.5 lbs. TIS 08 in 20s weigh 43.5 lbs!
