Default Help with new Tires

Hey guys, i'm getting closer and closer to the dreaded Wear Bars and i'm trying to find a new pair of tires. I'm not looking to spend a ton but i'm trying to choose between a couple different tires. Has anyone used any of these tires or can anyone give me any recommendations? I'm looking for something that won't have a lot of road noise and will ride fairy well but won't feel real soft when turning or changing lanes.

Sumitomo HTR A/S P01
Kumho Solus KH16
BFGoodrich Advantage T/A
Hankook Optimo H727
Yokohama AVID TRZ

Well I know all of that, I was looking for some recommendations based on experience with any of these tires or others that are reasonably priced.

The BFGoodrich and the Hankook both have great treadwear ratings (which is good so you dont' have to replace them after 15,000 miles), they don't seem to have the A in the temperature rating, so when they are hot they won't handle as well, but that is probably because they are a little harder.

I've been very happy with the Michelin HydroEdge's I put on a couple years ago. Stable / quiet at all speeds, great handling in wet weather (even torrential downpours). Michelin has been offering $70 rebates on a set of 4.

I ran Yokohama AVID TRZ on my stock 18" wheels and thought they performed very well. I used them mainly in the winter and never had any huge issues. Since I swapped out wheels in the summer I didn't have thread wear problems, but I would say that they are a great all season tire.

If I remember correctly, they're priced very well too.

thanks for the info guys, I was thinking about the Yokos but read a couple bad reviews so wasn't too sure. Then again pretty much everything out there has a couple bad reviews so guess I just need to chance it haha

im running federal 595s. theyre butt cheap, look good, arent noisey, and even though they have a low thread rating ive got about 12000 miles on them, and they dont appear to have worn at all. ive driven with them in snow, rain, whatever havent had a problem and they were a vast improvement over the rsa's the car came with.

I think I'm just going to buy the same tires that have been on my car since I bought it. Cooper CS4 Touring. Good tread ware and 80,000 mile warranty plus the sidewall is attractive. Never had a problem with them so why change it I suppose. They are kind of difficult to find though and I'm worried about buying from one of these unknown tire websites. Anyone know a good website besides Tire Rack? They don't carry them.
