I have the 17s on my car and I had them for a year and I like them. They performed well in the winter and the rest of the driving conditions.

I really wanted the those tires too, but damn, I was quoted over $500 for a set. So since I fully expect that I'll have my 20's on well before I will need new tires again I decided to go with a tire I had a wonderful experience with previously and save $120 in the process and got some Falken Ziex ZE912's.

best rated/tread wear for the price, anything better and your spending big bucks. might be cheaper on tirerack.com.

got these tires put on back in December 2009 and they are wear good. Good in snow and rain and great dry traction. Well worth the price of the tire. Way better than the stock tire. The tire i had on there was a stock replacement and wore down to none in less than a year on normal driving. They are cheap on tirerack.com and my fiance got them for me at walmart

I'm looking for a set of Goodyears... I don't like the Mastercrafts I put on my rear wheels... Do any of you know what tires have white lettering?? I'm considering white lettering on the tires... I had a set of Goodyear Assurances on my LS, and I really liked them!

GoodYear Eagle Nascar's are a white letter tire. You can find them on tirerack, but IDK if you'll find them for the 17" wheels, I think they are only available for the 16" wheels.

Had a set installed on my MC last year. Took them off in less then 3-4 weeks. I thought they were junk. Noisy, terrible fuel mileage, bad balance. Had Nitto 555's installed. Much happier with anything except Goodyear. Goodyear wanted me to spend an extra $600 on the F1 Asymmetrical. I will only buy Goodyear truck tires from now on. The car line of tires just isn't up to par anymore. They have some serious redesigning to do. They use to be awesome tires. Not anymore unfortunately.

Default Firehawk...?

Have you considered Firehawk GT's ? They don't make a 17"RWL
for the MC but in my opinion they are very good tires. I have
a set of Indy 500's on my S10 and they have been great. A lot better than Good-Year.......

According to Tire Rack, The Firehawks didn't rate as well as the Goodyear GTs so that's why I chose GY. I just looked on Tire Rack about a month ago and they now have Pirelles PZero Nero in the 17" for the Monte. I had those tires on my 05 Mustang and I liked them a lot. I don't know how they performed in snow or ice cause they were on my Summer rims.
