Default Full susprnsion set...what does it consist of, on the 3.4...

Ok, my suspension needs to be completely replaced, due to a bent driver side strut. I looked at Monroe, and also at KYB. I have not seen anything, I seen some complete set, that come with the struts, and springs, and everything that goes along with that, but no shocks...I have not seen anything with both shocks and struts, and also have the doings along with it. I don't know if any of this is making sense. Anyway, on the 3.4 V6, what are all the components of the suspension on the car...I am looking for a pre-made shock and strut component, with springs. And also anything else that will be required to redo everything on the suspension...

I think you are over complicating this.

If you buy a quick strut package, you will just remove what you have and replace everything with a few bolts. You will have new everything, minus the sway bars, control arms, etc. But those are in different locations.

I actually went through this section and seen the error of what I was trying to say. You hit.it on the head. I am thinking too much. But it is also not gonna be very cheap, but not expensive either. You helped me out, now it is just to buy the parts. Thanks. I will also be looking to replace the control arms, and the sway bars. Also maybe I could find a nice rear upper strut brace, for the back suspension like on you car...

Mine was ordered from my GM parts guy, the front STB is the same part number as the rear one, you just need to get the adapter plates from Don Rome. Easy modification, probably around $80 though.
