Color of your Vogtland springs?

I am wondering what the color of your Vogtland springs are and when you approximately bought them and from where.
The reason I am asking this is because I have noticed that some have the redish color springs with the Vogtland logo on them and all the correct markings but some people (like me) have springs that are black with minimal markings on them.

Have you tried contacting Vogtland to see what they say about manufacturing two different springs?
I honestly have never seen them black, I always assumed their color (red, dark red) to be their signature or identity. Sort of like most Eibachs are a dark gray, etc. Keeping all of their products the same color allows people to quickly say "Oh, look, Vogtlands" kinda thing. Just my thoughts though, contacting them directly would be best. Do you have the original receipts, boxes, etc. and where did you get them from?
http://www.vogtlandsuspensionusa.com/ <-- I'm not seeing any black springs on their site? Hope you didn't get ripped on them.

Here's a link to their contact information from their website--> Contact Us | Vogtland Suspension USA & Canada
I'd just give them a call or email and ask if they ever made black springs. I'm sure they'd be able to give you an accurate answer on which colors they've ever offered for Monte Carlos/W-bodys.

I am trying to figure out what you used for your dust boot, bump stop and mount? The boot looks better than the KYB boots I have that include the bump stop.

I thought about going with Vogtlands on my 06 but decided to go with SSC. Actually, I had a somewhat similar scenario when I ordered my lowering springs from SSC. I ordered by calling the number on their website and the invoice I got said Canuck Motorsports. They came in a box labeled Canuck Motorsports and after further researching and calling SSC about it, SSC and CM are the same company and the same spring. All I have to say is if companies are going to do stuff like this, and it's legit, they need to make the customer aware of it so we don't go "huh wtf?" when we get the parts.
Yeah, Mitch, is that the strut assembly for your car? KYB struts right? It looks highly different than what I had when I lowered my 03 five years ago (KYB struts and Eibach springs).
