Default Clear Coat on 18" SS Wheel Damaged by Midas

So I had a nail in my tire and took it to Midas to have it patched. The dumba** working there did this to my wheel:

How can I get this fixed before it peels and gets rusty/corroded and stuff?

Problem one, you went to Midas instead of a tire place.

Problem two, you left without yelling at them to fix it.

Looks like you may have to get a tire shop to resurface it if it bothers you that much.

Umm I called and tomorrow the manager will be meeting with me. I didn't notice until I got home. Secondly, the tire shop I went to wouldn't fix it even though it was in the tread pattern and was an easy patch - they wanted to sell me a new tire.

Is it possible there was a wheel weight there before because it looks kinda like corrosion in the pic. Just a thought and good luck getting it repaired.

Nope, these wheels don't have any weights on the outside of them. They are balanced on the inner part of the wheel only.

Best idea EVER!! nothing threw off a nice shiney wheel like a big ol' balance weights.
