Im thinking of swappin the stock wheels i have now, for the better looking ones....i have the really ugly ones on now. I'd prefer some black 20's, but money is an issue, so the real question is.....

the pics are of the wheel i want, but one is a simulated paint scheme(i did it on windows paint, so bear with me).

You wouldn't just buy the ones with the black trim already on them? The '05 Tony Stewart Edition came with these wheels standard. Some models of Impalas also had these wheels. You might try a Pick-A-Parts place to see if they have them for cheap.

I don't like 20's for this car. I wouldn't do larger than 18". Most 20" wheels are of the "bling" persuasion and look too heavy on the Monte. IMHO of course.

but everyone is going to have a different opinion

i might just keep the rims i have and put lower profile tires on, that may make them look a little better

 

Yeah, I like 'em. I'm considering them too even though they're not made in 18' size. I had 17's on my Camaro with lo-pros and I liked them, so...

the tony stewart style is is available on ebay for 395 for a set of 4 (knockoff of course..but who would be able to tell the difference)

$395! nah, not happening. i can get some chrome 20's with tires for $600 around here, why pay all that for 16's without tires, even though i have pretty new tires.maybe i'll just get the chrome ones and paint black on em.....
