i had mine installed and went for kind of "in the middle of the range" on stiffness.
we went 1 inch lower in front and 2 inches lower in back but we ended up loosening up the back and tightening up the front in small steps
we put the shorter zzp billet dog bones on and the engine cradle lowering spacers in.
we replaced the front and rear sway bars and all parts related to them - zzp rear and progress front
front and rear zzp strut column braces also.
zzp front lower control arms
the rear trailing arms were replaced with the zzp tube jobs
took it out on the interstate and safely tested at ummm a safe speed of 120mph for vibrration or instability - there was none other than what felt like the crappy 16 inch wheels and tire mass and of course aerodynamics.
i dont think the original trailing arms and lower front control arms can take the torque stress this system can put on them very long especially if they are all rusty and scary looking.
it goes exactly where i want it to and it recovers around corners and on and off ramps and curvy roads all over the lexington area at remarkable speeds making the tires scream and my internal organs complain.
its so far from what it used to be i can only say amazing. i grinned and chuckled for like 3 hours last night seeing how hard i could push it. the couple of timesi made mistakes i just let off the gas and it recovered.
the only thing i want to change now is moving to 18 inch wheels and tires and then save up for a blower.

you can not go wrong with the bc racing kit.
theres no guess work but id say change out every thing that moves underneath.

this build was worth every penny to me.

Gotcha. They might be my quarantine project when I get home in a couple weeks. I'll let you know what I think.
