Question anybody know a cheap way to fix my rims?

these are how my rims look, the clear coat was chipped on them when the center caps were removed to have the wheels rotated before I bought the car in 08. I am not made of $$$ so if there is a way i can repair them myself please let me know. I kinda like the way these ones look on my car . or if any of you guys know where i can get a set of NICE 16" OEM Monte/Impala wheels that will fit my tires instead, let me know .

Cheap way to fix =sand down and paint and if your going that route you may as well get them media blasted so you don't have to do sooo much work by hand,
Or if you want to keep the aluminum look sand them down once clear coat is cut off use a progressivly finer paper then reclearcoat

Cheap OE wheels, start watching Craigslist, Ebay, Forums or start scouring your local junk yards unfortunatly junkyard ones arn't always in the best condition
