99 Z34 replacing rear caliper. How do i get the ebrake cable clip off?

Default 99 Z34 replacing rear caliper. How do i get the ebrake cable clip off?

How do I swap the cable?
how do I get that clip off the caliper so I can swap the caliper?
Help please

best thing to get is a Haynes manual for all you needs......

The first answer is to not remove the cable from the bracket, just bolt the bracket to the new caliper.
The next question is how do I reattach the springed end of the ebrake cable to the new caliper.
I think I did it once before with 2 pairs of pliers but I don't remember anymore how I did it.
