I am restoring my 79 Monte to original condition. Big frame off rest. Going to be beautiful.

I am restoring the car to original condition. This includes whitewall tires. However I am considering whitewall tires on rally wheels which is the way I purchased the car back in 79. I would like to get whitewalls with red outline around the whitewall edges. Tires are original 14 inch.

Does anyone know what manufacturer makes this style for my tire size?
