You can fit almost any size rim that you want from 14" - 20" (i'm sure even bigger with a drop) but it would be real difficult to run a wheel that'swider than 10". The stock wheels have an offset of about 39mm(1-1/2") (these are all taken from my '01 SS) and a backspacing of around 5"-6". The stock rims are 16x7" by the way.

This link will help you if you find wheels you like. Enter the specs in and you can find almost eveyrything you need to know about how the wheel/tire will act on the car.
