Has anyone painted their factory 06 16 inch wheels black. I was wondering how it would look.

Nix, it wouldnt' be simple. If you wanted gloss a rattle can isn't going to do it. Flat black rattle would be ok, but would scrath/chip easily and need to be repainted oftenly. It would look cool, specially on a black car with the silver lip (me like very much!) but I would suggest if you want something that will last, and keep looking good with minimal touch-ups i'd have it done by a shop that could get it to adhere properly, and go over it with some protective clear.

 

Yeah, on the car tends to be a bit more of a pain as most pictures are at an angle and I only have these free imaging programs to work with...

 

Actually, I'm bored as hell right now, it's not even midnight and I don't have any project to work on so I tried this out. Would have turned out better had the original been higher quality, but then again the file size would have been quite large...
