Not sure what you are looking for. Can you post pics?

The factory offered a different ground fx package on the 00-05 known as the "High Sport" package. This included a front ground fx that went right over top of the one molded in the front bumper cover.

As for insert, I am not sure what this would be. The front bumper on the '00-'05 had a lower grill, but this was part of the bumper itself. There is an aftermarket upper grill that was offered from SLP. Or there is the "Tony Stewart" upper front grill that was offered from the factory as part of the Tony Stewart package.

That break down is for a 06-07 Monte. Is that the Monte you are looking to get parts for?

If so, on that model, GM does refer to #23 as a front spoiler (as you mentioned). It also appears to still be available new from here:

And #24 also appears to still be available:

Yes I have an 07 SS.....

Those parts are super expensive that's why I'm asking here. I've looked all over nobody has em but GM. Even the junk yards and upullparts never have SS models

And when they do, the front ends are gone. Even if the crash damage is in the back or on the side.

NOS prices have gone through the roof the last couple years. I had to spend almost $100 for a console lid that was the wrong color for my Aurora, and then reupholster it in the correct color, just to correct the hinge that the previous owner had broken.
