Default Turn signal flasher

Does anyone know where the turn signal flasher is located on an '88 Monte Carlo SS? Thank you.

It should be one of the two round fuses in the fusebox under the left side of the instrument panel, near the steering column and foot pedals (attached to firewall) or it may possibly have (in the same area) what they call a convenience center which centrally locates, relays, buzzers and flashers
