Last few days have been pretty intense. Monday I got my car, Wednesday I brought her to life. My son's mother passed away the day we got the car so it's important to keep this thing running strong and teach my son about the value of life and maintaining the things we love. Difficult times out there right now people just need to be mindful and respect one another...more updates to come as I demand this G body to cooperate with my interior plans.
Our rolling project being shipped home. Not the most beautiful of the bunch but she will be. The steering wheel was missing that initial clip, but I used 2 types of pullers to extract my ignition cylinder. This was tricky, compressing the plate and the ring around the steering spline. Frustrating but patience is a virtue. Notice the traditional puller, I had to purchase 2 styles. Here was the easy part and where I began to feel confident in my work. Swapped new ignition, flipped key but engine needs some attention.
