OK so racewars is just over a month away and I entered in the show part of it. I have my letter from Chevy saying that my 04 intimidator is 532/4000 I have a advertisement postcard on ebay for the intimidator that Im going to display as well. What do you all think of getting a die cast 1/18 of my montecarlo and just having it sit on the engine cover durring the show? I found a site that has my car and im gonna pick it up this week.

 

 

Sounds like you are really excited about the show. I attached a photo of a guys Vette at a show who did what you are thinking of. I saw once some one had a piece of carpet with the cars logo on it and placed it near the drivers side. A friend of mine has a Corvette and he put the fender protectors on it during the display so people don't scratch the car. Take plenty of photo's so you can show who your competition is . Here is a little thing that I saw a fellow do when he was setting up for the display of the car.
He used Tire Foam on the inside of the Wheel wells to give that area (which is usually dirty) a fresh and dark detail, he was a trophy winner that day.
